Gratitude is the way to a peaceful mind, it helps us let go of negative emotion and express happier emotion.

Focus on the breath and any areas in your body that feel tense. Breathe into the areas that feel tense. Feel your body and mind relax.

TELL YOURSELF YOU CAN.png

Self love can be hard, but starting your day with this attitude can help shape your entire day and rid of those stresses that can pull us back.

Appreciation is key to keeping our thoughts on the positives.

You haven’t had a drink of water for all the hours you were sleeping/trying to sleep; your body needs it! It helps flush away toxins, hydrates you, and gets your metabolism going.

I know we’re busy and we’re tired and we feel like we just can’t sometimes BUT exercise is a true blessing to our bodies and our minds.

Get your heart rate up and get those endorphins flowing!

If it’s a day when you feel like you just can’t leave the house, try a YouTube video, they have some great Yoga sessions and workouts that you can do from the safety of your room for all body types and abilities.


 

7. 

You’ll be looking at it all day anyway, give yourself the morning off and take ten minutes of your phone time and listen to a podcast or read a book. It’s just ten minutes.

 

 

8. 

Even if it’s just something small. Fuel your body right and you fuel your mind right.

 

9. 

Even if you do nothing else productive in your day, at least you made your bed! Tidy room; tidy mind.

 

10. 

This could be anything but try and learn something new every morning. It could be as simple as listening to a new song, or writing your to do list with your non-writing hand, or walking to work a different way than usual. These small changes can help us feel freedom amongst our daily routines.
